![]() ![]() The site borders a commuter rail line for which a long-term noise survey was conducted. ![]() This project’s architectural acoustics services included environmental noise monitoring, noise and vibration control for a large central equipment plant as well as interior acoustical design for a wide range of amenity spaces, entertainment and guest spaces. The SM&W acoustical consulting team was brought into the project because of our extensive experience in gaming projects. Additionally, there was a 1.65-million SF parking structure below the casino level. Also included in the project was 385,231 square feet of back-of-house space and 78,372 square feet of front-of-house service including front-of-the-house support, restroom space, and lobby lounge. ![]() Other features of the project were 65,132 square feet of retail space, 57,678 square feet of food and beverage (including 11 restaurants and bars and a nightclub), 32,942 square feet of convention and meeting space, a 15,571 square foot spa and gym, and a 5,006 square foot four-season atrium garden located at the main lobby entrance. The gaming facility includes 3,200 slot machines and 160 gaming tables. This project included a 506-room, 356-foot-tall luxury hotel comprised of 595,419 SF and a 213,094 SF gaming facility.
